Update: Basic Balance is terminating contracts with insurance companies. Claims will continue to be submitted for current patients with Harvard Pilgrim insurance through Dec. 15th, for current patients with Cigna insurance through Nov. 23rd, and for current patients with Optum/United Healthcare through Dec. 14th.
Policy Update: Policies have been updated as of 10/22/19.Click here to view updated policies. As of November 1st, invoices that 10 days past due will incur a $5 fee. Invoices 15 days past due will incur an additional $10 fee. Please contact me if you need more time paying your invoice. Thank you.
